What a view

After a horrific Sunday, it's nice to know that there are rainbows in the world.

This one made an appearance right behind our home today.


Actual conversation with Annie after John came home and told her to "come quick and see something neat!"

Annie: What is it?
Daddy: Look, it's a rainbow!!
Annie: Awww - it's so pretty. Let's look and see if there is treasure underneath it.
Daddy: I think the treasure is the rainbow.
Annie: I think I'm going to go back inside to my cartoons.
Daddy: Sorry for interrupting your cartoons to bring you one of God's amazing creations.
